National Programs
Zeta
Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, a community conscious, action oriented
organization provides programs which effectively address the needs of
local communities.
Having been founded on the principles of
finer womanhood, sisterly love, scholarship and service, it has become
increasingly more important that programs are developed which can provide
meaningful services that have emanated from attainable goals.
Now, with the support of our new leadership
team-our National Board, Regional and State Officers-Our 22nd
International Grand Basileus Soror Barbara C. Moore is proud to present
the theme of her administration: Z-HOPE: Zetas Helping Other People Excel
through Mind, Body, and Spirit. Since 1920 our national service programs
have evolved to meet critical societal needs of the time.
This administration has identified some key
areas of concern as part of our programmatic thrust, and all of our
efforts will be consolidated under the banner of Z-HOPE.
Goal 1: Develop a Comprehensive
Strategic Plan
Goal 2: Implement Z-HOPE Program throughout the US and Abroad
Goal 3: Develop and Implement Zeta Organizational Leadership (ZOL)
Goal 4: Increase Membership by 25% over the next 4 years
Goal 5: Strengthen Youth and Amicae Auxiliaries
Goal 6: Operate Under Fiscally Sound Management Principles
Goal 7: Restructure the Capital Campaign for National Headquarters
Goal 8: Upgrade Technology at Zeta Headquarters
Goal 9: Strengthen and Increase Support of the NEF
Goal 10: Research the Feasibility of Establishing a Zeta Chapter
School
